This is Emil. He is a beautiful young man with a very special extra chromosome. He is fun and smiley and sadly, he lives in an orphanage. He is in desperate need of a family before he ages out in December and is never allowed to be adopted. He has a grant that will pay for more than half of his adoption...please ask about Emil. Please pass on his information so his family can find him. It's too important not to!
Once a child ages out, you just don't know what could happen. Many end up in mental institutions and that is never good.
